2610 - fault or feature?

I'm using CN8 and the speed camera overlay. Every now and then when the map is zoomed out I see rather a lot of blue. I know we are supposed to have global warming but I didn't think the sea had come in that far just yet, maybe another 1000 years or so!

Anyone else seen this and knows what it is?

Just by way of curiosity what is the speed camera overlay - does it provide any kind of audible warning and where did you get it from. Would be interested to know.

No audible warning on a 2610. See the sticky 4th from the top in the GPS forum.

I know when I had the camera data on my Quest1 it would look like a screen full of bubbles when zoomed out.

I think the reason is the dots that mark camera location remain the same size regardless of how far in or out you have zoomed.

For that reason I removed it and just keep my eyes peeled.

No, this isn't the dots from the camera overlay causing all the blue. It's like having a coastline inland. Very odd!
