Sometimes when I'm trying to find a street on my 2610 (ie today, trying to find "Fisher Lane") it said there was too many matches so I should try "limiting my search". How do I do that then?

Thanks for that but all I knew was that Fisher Lane was in Surrey. If I don't know postcodes I seem stuffed. I somehow thought it would make a better job of finding places.
Weird. Mapsource v8, on my PC, found your Fisher Lane without problem as counties can be set as a filter: there appears to be only one, in Chiddingfold.
On the 2610 itself, with the whole of the v8 maps loaded the unit fails to find one Fisher Lane in the whole of Western Europe! There should be 4 in the UK according to a search on the PC.
Looks like I'd better not throw all my maps away!
