2610 stops talking...

just a quick question..well 2..


2 month old 2610 connected via autocom active 7 works perfect normally but sometimes after i stop for a photo or whatever then ride on it stops speaking..

stop disconnect and connect wires still nothing..

stop for a while and it seems to sort itself out for a while..


also it regulary beeps and the screen shows as if you touched it and the little white arrow appears and switches to the page with info symbol...


works in my van without any problems...

any ideas please!!!!!

Infrared receptor over sensitive to sun?? try taping over that bit and see what happens OR
check the touch screen sensitivity...(read the manual!)
