Honest, I've looked, but cannot work this out.
Does the 2610 take12v? Asking as I've acquired one with only the car power lead and wondering if I could just hack and wire direct to battery with an in line fuse? Or is there an easier way?
TIA

Not absolutely sure, looked at the same with my Nuvi 765 and found that was 12v (to the cradle connector, not the USB). Why not do as I did and get out the multimeter on the car lead. Usually the two outer connectors are +/-.

Thank you folks.

Ahh, yes, Quest, I still have mine, great little GPS, it's 5v ISTR, definitely not to be wired direct! :blast
