I have read the FM, I have used the 'Search' facility and I'll be damned if I can find the method to get the diagnostic page on the 2720 at startup:blast. Can some kind soul remind me which buttons to press. Cheers

zumo

the zumo one would also be useful. Got it up :D so to speak on a nuvi 660 by mistake, so not able to manage it again.

The buttons are the same, but unfortunately the system inside must be different! I think I've tried every permutation of buttons at startup, but still no joy.:(

You might find the diagnostic screen yourself by pressing various buttons while switching on, on my 276c I’ve found pressing ‘find’ and ‘power’ together gives diagnostic fields in the menu, none of which make any sense to me :blast

Mind you, if you break it, its your fault, ok :rob

Again doubt if it'll work but this is for the c320/c330 StreetPilots

1. Turn GPS on
2. Click View Map
3. Click the Speed section* in the left lower corner
4. Press and Hold the Moving Avg box* for several seconds
5. The Diagnostic Screen will appear.
6. Press Next to cycle through them all

* don't know if it has these on the 2720 screen :nenau

On my 2720 you press the menu button whilst switching on, pressing the find button whilst switching on it asks you if you want to erase all user data.

Thanks emjay, I had it in my brain that it was a combination of buttons, so I didn't bother trying them singly :blast. I'll give that a go when I get home.
