Taking delivery of my '08 GSA some months ago I was in general very happy. But one minor thing was not as expected. The small rubber protectors for the key hole on my old '07 GSA boxes were supposed to be gone - but what I got was on one box (the RH) the new plastic type and the other two (top and LH) the old rubber type. Using my boxes on a daily basis I told BMW Norway to get me the new type for all locks. So months later they still claim they can't get them 
My 2P 10 min fix was to apply some lubricant (I used soap and water), and carefully with the help of a small plier, to swap two of the new type protectors from the RH side box to the rear lock of the top panel on the top and LH side boxes. So if not perfect at least the three locks I use on a daily basis can be operated without any fuzz 
I would still like to have all of the new type so if any of you know where to get them please tell
