1. I rang on thursday on the off chance of a 6k service on my 12GSA, had to be sat as was visiting the area, service bloke (soz, dont remember his name) kept me on hold for a couple of minutes to try and fit me in.

2. dropped me bike off early sat, gave me a 1150R, soz mate, cant put me bag on it, no rear bungee points, ok, have this K1200GT (got me kit on that ok, didnt think much of it tho)

3. Picked it up at finish of day, nicely sorted, and only £180 inc loaner (as opposed to £250 from asouthern dealer)

yep had My 12 taken in there when the wiring died. Top blokes. Kim the service guy hung around till 18:45 for the recovery guy to get Me and the bike there handed Me the keys to a r 1200rt and went here ya go. That was the friday. Phoned Me monday to say they had found and fixed the fault did I want em to drop the bike back to My office (center of london) or did I want to pick the bike up later !
Cracking service and really nice guys.
