3 Counties, 3 Stop Coffee Run 01/06

Captain GSA's taking a well earned break from riding up the front all the time so im giving it a go .

The ride will be on my 3 stop coffee run. Starting at Newlands Corner, down to Bury on the back roads, then across to Loomies at West Meon (Normally stop at Bahnstormer, but as its a sunday) and finally back to Newlands (o.k. 4 stops then ).

There'll be a good mix of roads to ride on from fast, to slow single track, Sweeping bends to tight hairpins and all with Great scenery.

Meet at Newlands on Sunday 1st June from 10:00-10:30 to start at 11:00. The drop off system will be used depending on numbers.

The route is roughly 113 miles so will take a few hours with the stops, so make sure you've walked the dog, cut the grass, hung your curtains (you know who you are ) been to church or whatever you have to do and come along.

Got a R1200R at the moment (courtesy Bikes fro Vines ) .. Its like a mini moto .. Far to cramped for me .. But the engine seems to have a lot less vibes than mine ???

Maybe after a couple of thousand miles mine will smooth out a little ..

It should be a good day.......we should get a few more tossers nearer the date either tagging along on the thread or as in many cases just turning up for a quick blat....

I like the idea of stopping 3 or 4 times.... PJ has some nice roads to take us on-

I might get the video camera out if I can find a way of attaching it to the bike but I'm sure either Haggisblower or Shadowfist might bring the video out again.....

Going to try mounting my video camera facing back seeing as i'll be up front. I'll have to give it to Haggisblower or Shadowfist if they turn up ,
as i've no idea how to get it onto you tube .

I'll be riding the route either this Friday or Saturday afternoon as i've made a few amendments to my usual route.

Looking forward to the Voyager61 V TheStig rematch . I think i'll save some video for that .

I have the camcorder working again (I think) and might try a rear facing camera too. Should be loads of footage if all these camera are out!! Fantastic

Will do. Have got dentist at 12 on Friday so it won't be til about 13:30.

The 2nd Leg of the route will be going past the Race course on top of the Hill but not near the Airfield.
