33k K100LT bargain.

Nice bike, I had one years ago and the 100LT set up with fixed screen was about best looking before they started with the adjustable screens on the k1100.

With an open faced helmet I could smoke a fag up to 80 mph and the weather protection was great.

I'm very tempted.

I was daft enough to buy a brand new K100LT, back in 1989 (G reg, from Sawbridgeworth).

IMHO, they are characterless, horribly vibey, they age badly, and did I mention dull..?

Also, my knees 'interacted' with the fairing, and the seat doesn't let you shift your position.

At 'cruising speed' the tank range is hopeless, maybe 160 miles..?

In hot weather (like the south of France), the tank will burn your legs, literally.

And god help you if it so much as gets knocked off its stand, let alone dropped.

Re. the one on eBay: the 'Seller' couldn't even be bothered to clean the rust off the tools.

Not a good sign:augie :rob

Still... each to their own!
