Decided to go out despite the dense fog & crappy drizzle . Out over the blacks , with the intention of going up towards my favourite area around Llyn briane to see if i could complete some lanes id seen on the map and never done , im in the process of sorting memory map so i appologise in advance for the crappy photo of a map of the area .

I found myself taking loads of photos as the weather was nice on the other side , also i think i have a love of rivers ???????.

Hope you have enogh time to view all the pics lol

This was 10mph weather , had to stop .

Hi Nokia,
You're really enjoying that bike. Just what a GS is made for and you're in the right place to do it. Just like to say how much I like the way you have made it your own, without resorting to the TT catalogue or any tacky bling. It has the same appeal as a Wilys Jeep or Zippo, 100 per cent functional. Good on yer mate, keep posting, your making me think about switching to TKC's for the Summer after my trip to France!

Hi Nokia, Where's the extra screen from, and does t work well, and how's it
fitted.
Thanks

Al

Super area, I was up there last weekend 29/30th competing in the Polaris Mountainbike Challenge, there was a checkpoint by the chapel.
Apart from several hundred mountainbikes spread all over the area the only other two wheelers I saw were two 1150's by the Trallwm Centre on the Abergwesyn Road, anyone from this site?

Tod,

There were 20+ odd GSes of various vintage up in that area last weekend, the other site had a Welsh weekend in Crickhowell/Talgarth (Pengenfordd), with a rideout that went up thru Abergwesyn and called at Coed Trallwm for a coffee/fag break.

Could have been some of the party that dropped off at that point and decided to have another drink and return back to the roaring fire for the day instead of the wet day ride!

Its home made , camera / gps mount and a cutdown aprillia screen , take a look at it on my build report , its very effective and ultimately adjustable
