Just come back from a 5000 mile trip that took in parts of Holland, Belgium, France Switzerland, Italy, Andorra and Spain

Everything work well, BM panniers fine up to 100+ fully expanded and laden. Bike absolutely awesome - particually on a 4 hour stretch of Pyrannean mountain roads - never had so much fun.

Best bit of kit - the Garmin 2610 GPS - first long trip with it and its fantastic - middle of nowhere and need a hotel or fuel, just press the button. Money well spent!

Sounds a fantastic trip, I'm very jealous!

I can concour on the way the bike handles; I was in the Pyrenees in the spring and, fully laden, the bike just had no right to handle the way it does - they really are superb bikes :thumb

;) Good to see you getting the miles in. I feel the same way about mine after my wife and I went down to Faro and back from Portsmouth last Easter. Cracking bike and definitely the best all-round package I've had yet.

I took my Garmin Quest and it was worth it's weight in gold. Seems to turn itself off without any reason on occasion though...

That first pic looks like Aigues Morte, is it?
About one hour from me and a very popular destination for our visitors.

Aigues Morte, 100% sure.
And to show off a little bit, let's say that "aigue" is a old french word from the latin aqua meaning water. "morte" means dead.
As a matter of fact, a long time ago, this region was under water, sea.
Anyway, Aigues Morte was not yet built when the sea was present.
