Simple Q... Would a lanky wank like me 6'5" 35 inch inside leg fit a 650 Burghman...?
I've been wondering about a sideline scoot for quite a while but never had a chance to sit on the big versions... A couple of years ago I parked next to a 650 Exec and thought it'd be great to piss off sports/ADV bikes with ...😂 Only semi joking but you'll know what I mean...
I've sat on a couple of smaller scoots and yes, it's nae gonna happen...😂😂 Lankyness won oot...

I have a 650 Burgman. The seat rest behind the rider is adjustable forwards and backwards to accommodate different height riders, and there are two foot positions, one a 90 degree knee bend (that’s not exact, obvs, just to give an idea) and one further forward which allows a fair bit of leg stretch, and is angled so your feet are in a natural position, not pointed down to remain flat. Between the seat and the foot positions it’s fairly easy to get a comfortable seating position.

Your bigger problem I think would be wind blast with a standard screen. Although electrically adjustable, even in high position the wind comes too low. Mine has a longer aftermarket screen which, with just a touch of upward adjustment calms things down considerably. I’m 6’ so you would almost certainly need the higher aftermarket screen, and a higher position that me to achieve the result.

And you’re right about sports bike riders etc, I’ve had them bailing in bends because they thought ‘only a scooter, got to get past it’ only to find themselves at a speed they weren’t expecting.

Good feedback thanks... I like the idea and also the fact that the UK are such "real" bike snobs to be slow adopters..
I'll have to find one for a sit to see the knee bar end interface issue or not...😆

Whilst it isnt a Burgman, my C400GT is comfy for an hour each way commute, it is plenty fast enough to win in the traffic light drag race and the Givi aftermarket screen is fab I am slightly shorter than you at 6,3

At 6'5 you should be able to sit on two side by side; :D

Well perhaps the first scooter was a little bit on the small side, however a different riding style may need to be adopted.
Streamlined no windscreen required. Red triangle, with light, overhang marker board optional. :D
