650gs and Dakar difference

Taller suspension + stands to suit.
21" front wheel.
Different graphics and screen.

Forgetting the Dakar paint jobs for now.

The actual parts that are different between the two bikes are:

The fork Stantions 'the chrome tubes' are longer than the standard bike. (Shorter ones are fitted to the 'Low Chassis version).

Four spacers and longer bolts are added to the fork brace to allow the 21" wheel to clear.

21" front rim, longer spokes and tyre.

Rear shock is a longer version of the standard. (A shorter version is fitted to the 'Low Chassis' version).

The seat usualy fitted is the Hi/Dakar seat. (The Standard/Low seat is normally fitted to the standard and the Low chassis bikes).

Longer stands. (Shorter stands fitted to the Low chassis version).

Other than the above, along with the (I think) three different Daker paint schemes, everything else is the same accross the F650gs (single) range.
