650GS and Dakar Seat question

A search of the forum tells me that 650GS and 650 Dakar seats are interchangeable.

Are standard seats on the GS and Dakar the same height i.e padding thickness? I'm not referring to height from the ground.

The Dakar seat has more padding.

Unless it's been sat on bya fat c*nt from Stoke on Trent, then it'll be like those wafer thin mints that make ya explode

I have sold a couple of dozen modified "Flat" seats that look like this:-
