I know this is an old post to be dragging up but I fitted the proline gaiters at the weekend - fairly straight forward job - but I still had to feck it up
When I was putting the forks back in place I didn't notice that the throttle cable slipped outside the left hand side fork - when I was manuvering it around the house after wards I noticed that when I turned the handle bars hard right the engine would rev a fair bit
- copped it fast enough but could have been a bit of a problem if I hadn't.
