Does the 660 fit into the touratech mount for the 550?

No it doesn't.

Not sure if you've one of those fancy ones or just a bracket to mount the standard holder.
The 660 standard mount has the same bolt pattern as the 550 but 20mm thinner (so you'll need 20 mm shorter screws, pan or cheese head...not countersunk)
