660 car mount power cable.

My 660 will not work in the car so I checked the lead with a multi meter and there is an open circuit. There is a tag on the lead with replacement fuse details but I cant see any way of opening it.

Any help greatly appreciated while I wait on Garmin to get back to me.

Unscrew the end cap (bit you insert in the cig lighter socket)?

Haven't got mine to hand to check, but all internally fused 12v plugs I've had have opened this way.

I had a reply from Garmin earlier. Only some of the leads have replaceable fuses. I bet mine isn't one of them. Will check it when I get home.
