Triumph Speed Twin 1200
Black
5500 miles (might change a little)7696a8fe-f31b-4cd1-836d-6a1fcc858f14.jpeg3b0f4d37-992a-42fe-8d14-0ce1c261cee9.jpegcd2b81c1-f0a3-41d2-8609-2798950d3805.jpeg412b1130-c308-4e46-8ba4-3e4b8fc077aa.jpeg6018a86b-79e9-4c83-9369-3c963e396876.jpeg8da0ecef-00f6-4440-9b8f-1ef42ebbdbb1.jpegdd5d0189-c407-4aa1-b0f4-0bd2c9d6e159.jpege15e8841-d1ba-46a5-a24d-7967aaf6da16.jpeg
Heated grips

Excellent condition

Special exhaust plus original boxed
Radiator guard
Screen
Choice of seats - black or brown
Probably other bits.

The exhaust - this is a Vertex Tasmania full system. Imported by the original owner. Sound is individual as we know, I’d say it’s spot on, but I would.
The original exhaust was taken off as new and is boxed.

Original plate/holder also boxed, smaller one fitted.

As mentioned, this bike has the 4 year warranty purchased from Triumph from new and serviced by main dealers to maintain it. Last serviced by me (well Bevan Triumph, Cardiff) on 17/9/24 for £251.67.

Tyres are original Metzeler Racetec RR K3, super sticky and maybe overkill for this bike. Hard to say how many miles life they have left but they’d last me this summer I’m sure.

Reason for sale - thought long and hard about this. It’s probably up there with a GS1200 in bloody great bikes and obviously looks 1000x better. Handles well, sounds amazing, brilliant summer coffee shop ride and meet up tool. Truth is I’m putting plan A into action and need to max out on pension contributions the next 12 months. I’ve bought a little KTM 390 Adv for pocket money to ride whenever I want but the Triumph has only had one rain day and that was riding it back when I bought it.
Otherwise it’s been kept bone dry and loved.

Take it at a bargain price for everything. The exhaust alone is worth £500+ used if you wanted to swap back to the original.

£8200 to include both seats

Or £8000 if you only want one seat.

Not advertised elsewhere. Hoping UKSGER still has genuine buyers like the guy who had my GS last year and others before that.
(If I have to go to FB marketplace etc I’ll probably keep it rather than have the chancers)

Thanks
Ian

No idea where I got my original mileage from!! Clearly retirement can’t come soon enough

2856…….miles!!!

Not sure if I can edit the original post 🤔😳

I had a 1200 Thruxton (not the 'R') which was a great bike, this model would be even better with it's improved brakes and suspension and more comfortable seating position. I'd love one but my Ducati Monster now fills that particular gap in the garage. Someone's going to be very happy with that, GLWS

£7995 all in.

Took it out last weekend so another 30 miles on it. Forgot just how well it pulls and sounds!

Money needs to go in my SIPP though.
