'94 R100GS Decals

I'm new to the forum - been lurking from the other side of the pond for a few years though...

I need some help with the hunt for replacement decals for my '94 Bumble Bee - she was repainted back in the day and the decals were never re-installed afterwards. I think it looks better in black but I'm hoping to insure her under a Collector plate designation in the near future. For this I need to have the decals installed. The factory no longer supplies replacements but the various fiches still list them:

Anyone know of a source for hard to find BMW decals over in the U.K. or Europe, for that matter? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Thanks for the suggestion. I just sent them a query about this - we will see what kind of response it brings.

Are there any motorcycle specific decal vendors over there, that anyone is aware of? Over here, all I am seeing are tasteless motocross stickers being offered. In the event that I strike out, I'm considering asking a local graphics creator to manufacture what I need. He says that all he needs is size measurements and good pics. Anyone capable of providing these to me?

I sent a message off to Gary Burton about these decals. He responded quickly with a negative on availability. He has been asked about them in the past, it would seem. He mentioned that they are not available because they are very hard to re-produce. The hunt goes on.

I had a look through his product list but I don't see anything specific to the R100GS from my year - I will send him an e-mail to ask directly if he can be of help. I'll give the other two a shout as well. Thanks for the ideas.

Photos?

I got a letter today from BMW Motorrad stating that there were 1318 GS's built worldwide for 1994 - of which mine was the first. That info means that my Beemer is now classified as a 'limited production run' machine and the 'Collector Plate' designation is obtainable. I'm now going to try having the decals duplicated by a design shop. So here's a special request: Does anyone on this site have a stock '94 or '95 GS that has the original decals on the tank/fairing/side covers? If you do or know of one, I would be oh so appreciative if you could take high quality pics of these items and send them to me. There's a lovely young gal in the Southern U.S. who is willing to replicate them for me. Her specialty is R/C models, but she is volunteering to help me in my quest - I just have to supply high quality pics for her to work from. Thanks.
