My mate has just bought himself a set of the KTM (Touratech) alloy panniers to replace his plastic Hepco Beker ones for his 950 adventure and is a bit 'unpleased' with the angle that the panniers mount on the bike at.
Of course it is the same angle as his old plastic panniers but seems more noticable with the alloy ones.
Having just followed him on th eroad they really do point down a lot - when he cranks it over the panniers do look to get very close the ground.
Question is does anyone else agree with this observation and is there a cure other than taking them off, filling the exisitng holes with weld and re-drilling new holes??
Any ideas folks - thanks!
