Thats what i am looking for.
Will be going to alot of events This year and doing a bit by myself too.
Used a digital camera last year but its ok for small stuff but no good for quality.
Its got to be fair quality but not sky Sports quality if you get my drift.

so anybody reccomend one?

Just purchases a Sony DCR-DVD91E DVD CAMCORDER.

Looks and sounds the Bollox!

Its a DVD one , no mucking about with Tapes:P

Camcorders

I just been given a Sony for Xmas, its digi tape not dvd, 90 minute tape costs +- £ 2.50 (sony hi 8) if bought in a 6 pack, my model on the net @ around £200 USB 2 download picture quality is first class but having not owned a DVD model I can not make comparisons , however I was told by a friend who is in the know in the camera world, that a lot of DVD models were pulled from the shelves on the run up to Xmas apparently because the of the costs of discs , but I am sure some one in the club in retailing will throw some light on this .
