A little rattly and misfire

Ok, I've just serviced my bike (2007 R1200GSA), oil/filter change, end float/valves checked/adjusted, new spark plugs/air filter, throttle bodies balanced..

Now when I start the engine, there is a very faint rattle - which I'm sure wasn't there before.. and then every now and then at idle it mis-fires as if it's not sparking..

Any ideas?

Yes it sounds like you need to recheck your work.

Well rechecked valves/end float etc.. all fine... so didn't adjust anything

Put it all back together and is now fine..
