After yesterdays close inspection of the tarmac and mud I discovered a major problem, I couldn't pick the *******kin thing up. Is there a technique, do I need more trips to the gym or are you stuffed until you can get somebody to help you?

1. Switch off
2. Leave in gear
3. Handlebars on full turn facing upwards
4. Bend knees
5. Straight back
6. Brace for action
7. Grunt
8. Grunt again
9. Lift
10. Voila!!!:)

Similar idea

Make sure its in gear, turn bars to full lock on whatever side its fallen onto. i.e. if it fallen onto its left side, put full left lock on. Turn away from bike so your bum is resting on the edge of the seat, bend knees & take hold of bars with right hand and suitably sturdy part of rear end within grasp of left hand (obviously vica-versa if its on its right side), then just start to lift whilst walking backwards.

Sounds complicated but it works & is generally a bit safer for your back.

Dropped mine the other week whilst exploring off road courtesy of Andy Leete. I thought I'd give it a try, lifting it on my own, and bugger me up it came

A couple more trips to the osteopath and I'll be fine:D :D :D

I find the solution is if it falls over ..........pick it up sorted:D
