Love the music though-it really suited the speed.......

I found a great new local 'ring' that is a little more tricky but much more fun.......Next time you are about I'll show you it- I've taken one tosser on it so far........:thumb

This is Ranmore Common mainly (Hope you don't mind me giving away the location of your ring Capt'n :P ), but really there are plenty of roads like this around Newlands Corner/Shere sort of way, just go for a bimble off the A25 and you'll find some :thumb2

My current favorite is the road to Leith hill off the A25 through coldharbour, then back down towards Ockley.

P.S. Nice vid Haggisblower :thumb

I was planning a run up to Wrexham this weekend but it doesn't look like that'll be going ahead so if you're free this weekend you could show me you're new ring :ymca:eek:

Just keep an eye open for Tractors and ovloVs.......

...a bit of emergency manoeuvring?

Hollow Lane.....:thumb
Sheephouse Lane.....:thumb
Felday Road......:thumb

If you want a really great blat route...they don't get much better than this..:D

Caution....this route can be dangerous at speed as it has some blind crests and bends........and wide tractors.......
If you go from Abinger Hammer down Felday Road, at the end of this...a short 30 mph in the middle.....then National Speed Limit..... Turn Left at T Junction at the end.......First Left after a mile.......Hollow Lane.....end at A25 turn right......second left at Wotton into Sheephouse Lane........right at the end of road..........Turn Right at sign for Friday Street.....cross over A25 cross roads.......follow this to the next cross roads and turn left into the 'Captn's ring'....:thumb:thumb:thumb:thumb

Sounds familiar, though I don't think I've ridden all of those roads, at least not in succession. I'll give that a go next time I'm out :thumb2
