Last month I packed up the Bike and got the ferry from Hull to Zebrugge.
Spent the 1st weekend with good friends and good roads at "Flash Tours" in Melle (Near La Rochelle).

I left the rest of the weekend warriors and headed south for the Millau bridge, which is Stunning.
Next it was the Gorge du Tarn and then Mont Ventoux on my way to the Alps.
Had a fantastic time and got turned back at the Col d'Izoard as it was still closed along with a few other. It was a bit chilly at night and woke up with ice on the inside of the tent and the bike covered in frost.
Saw sunset on the snows of Mont Blanc and camped at the base of the Eiger........
