I have finally worked out what I need for my bike and wondered if anyone else would like a kit? I have found a local supplier who can provide what I need at a competitive price, but only based on supplying the equivalent of 10 kits.
They will be A2 grade stainless steel and a mixture of socket head cap, socket head button and socket head button with flange. All washers, including copper crush washers are included. I will also bag up the relevant bolts and washers to make it easier to locate the right ones.
The 109 piece kit will include bolts and washers for:-
Sump guard
Engine housing cover, left
Engine housing cover, right
Engine housing
Cylinder
Water pump
Starter
Fairing/tank top
Fairing/tank side
Clutch
Fork brace
Chain adjusters
Rear master cylinder
Screen
Front footpeg brackets
Instrument cluster
Indicator panel
This is not an exhaustive kit for the F650GS/Dakar, as it is based on what I need to replace. Most of this kit may also be suitable for the CS but I don't know how much. I have specifically excluded the brake bolts as A2 S/S isn't suitable.
