Abercrave Thursday 7th July Changed to 14th

Due to the high numbers of attendees at this months gathering I think it would be wise to try and estimate numbers for the next meeting and book tables accordingly.

If you are planning to attend please post your intentions(who's attending and eating) so I can advise the Landlord accordingly.

The main reasons for booking are to:-
a) Help the staff plan for numbers
b) Allow us all to sit and talk bollox in one place and in a bit of comfort.


If the 7th of July is difficult for people please advise ASAP, I think the weekend after is the Hog Roast.

Can't do that date,it's the day I get back from Garmische-I'll need to grovel a bit if I'm doing the Hogroast at all 2 days later

It appears from the posts to date that the date is too close to the Hogroast sugest we move it back to the week after 14th of July.
