I agree. Back brake abs is too ready to come on. On the 1150 it gave me a few moments because when it comes on it dosent re apply for a harth stopping second. JJH
Giving this a bit more thought (never good ) maybe the front-back braking efforts are based on what's needed for an all out emergency stop. The bike hardly nose dives compared to "normal" forks so the back end can handle more braking effort. In normal use, this seems to over-use the back brake. I guess that more sophisticated systems will vary the percentage of rear brake according to speed and demand from the front brake.
