I washed the bike today (05 GS12 servo brakes) with a low pressure hose and some car shampoo. After leaving it to stand for half an hour I took it for a run to blow off the remaining water and, after a brief stop, got the slow flashing ABS warning until I arrived home. Servos running OK on both circuits and the fault cleared on restart.

I am guessing water ingress into one of the sensor circuits. Are there any weak points that are susceptible to water ingress that I can check and waterproof better?

I've washed mine occasionally and ridden it too often in torrential rain without problems. I can't help but think that the ABS warning would have presented itself anyway. Have a look at any number of brake problem threads here but I'd suggest you find either a franchised dealer or an enthusiast with a GS-911 diagnostic device to see what the fault actually is.
