Apologies IanC, but it appears I was misinformed / talking out of my a*se.
Paul was convinced it was a new system and when he showed me the engine was running and I just couldn't hear the servos.
I made a point of trying them with the ignition on yesterday and the brakes sounded just the same as mine.
