Accommodation in/near Swansea

Hello Welsh Chums!

I'm to be based at a certain agency off J46/M4 for three or four months and am looking for local knowledge on lodgings/B&B. I'd like to stick around the East or North of Swansea and would like to be no further than 20 - 30 minutes by car/bike. It'll be for Monday night through Friday morning type arrangement.

Any help, guidance, suggestions gratefully received.
