Accommodation recomendations - Prague

Anyone recommend some bike friendly accommodation in the Prague area?
preferably in the environs - I'm transiting east-to-west and need an overnighter.

Secure parking for the bike would be a plus.

Not sure if you've left yet but I stayed in a great little town called Melnik about 20 clicks north of Prague. Cheap accommodation and beautiful scenery with secure bike parking http://www.hoteljaro.cz/en/intro.html.

You can catch a bus into Prague which takes about 30 min and is about a quid each way. Riding in Prague is not fun so try and avoid if you can.
