Lovely comfortable stay, we had a double room with lovely bathroom (including a proper bath!), and a small kitchen with sink, microwave and coffee maker. Cleanest place we stayed in 3 months, and in the old lower part of the city down a cobbled street with space a few yards away for the bikes, and a shop across the street.
Cost us 45 lev a night, (no breakfast but you have a kitchen) and we got cuddles from Barry White, the 11 month old golden labrador belonging to English speaking host Lazare.
