100 yrs ago smoking was a cure all perhaps they will come back into fashion .

i cant even smoke in the lorry and im the only driver but there is a chance someone might drive it at some point and die instantly.

Was thinking about making the trip up again this month, but a few things put me off.
First there is the bloody dearest boat crossing going (for a few quid more i could take a car with 3 passengers)
Then of course the weather was .........crap
Also i would prefer to make the run up with others.
Was thinking maybe sometime, the other fellas on the island would make the trek up, even meeting others on the way. Stay a few hours and on return stop off at Newlands Corner, Box Hill.
Be a good day out i thinks

So it was a fairly good turn out with Stubbs, Judge, ZZ, myself and a few others who made the effort. The threat of rain kept most away but the weather stayed dry ..... mostly .

Not yet, will have to sell my ZZR1200 (who really needs to go that fast anyway ), so the plan is to take some pics after 'Stormin the Castle', which is first weekend in September then do a nice advert. Save up some extra bucks and buy in Feb next year.......unless the perfect SE comes up

....failing that, may just buy a slower silver one then paint it



A few of my mates from another club are going googley eyed over the ZZR1400 / K1200S, they just cannae understand the allure of the GS, horses for courses I guess
