Good turn out (eventually).

I got there at about 9.30 and the only tossers I could see were Dark Horse and his Dad.

By the time I left at 11 there must have been 30 or more GS's on the forecourt

more pics later......

Hi Ken

that was quick! Good to see you again - albeit briefly. Whose is that red 1100 with the yellow seat? Very nicely sorted ...

That will be Noddy, a gentleman of the East Anglian parish and certificated not to have webbed fingers :)

great turn out, i got home safely thanks to everyone for the help in getting my bike started again, dreaded every traffic light and another accident on the a40 on the way home.

No probs mate, luckilly you had the resident mechanic on call :D

.....and a few other experts offering advice:) only a few willing to offer with help, thanks again, got home switched of tried to restart and the same clicking again. going to try the optimate but i think i'll be investing in a new battery, going to do a search on batteries later unless anyone has a recomendation on one for an 850gs:nenau

There were some people there who you'll be glad went nowhere near your bike , luckily Noddy had gone earlier :D

In Maverick you had the man who had every known fault on an 1100GS (several times over) and St.Eptoe who has fixed them.

And then there's the required piss takers and photographers...... and on that note.... :augie

At one point I thought Steptoe was going to give it the kiss of life!

Good to see everyone today, and glad you got home ok Stubbs :thumb2

Bit of a cold start to the day, this was at Walkers 0800, about 15/20 mins from home. I just leeerve freeezing fog  Almost turned around to go home again but figured WTF I'm out now so lets get on with it. Been a darn sight colder for a darn sight longer, and probably will again :rob

You're not suggesting that anyone would be so cruel as to take pictures of some old hack jump starting Stubbs' GS are you???

And that they'd actually post such a shocking pic, just for giggles?????

Oh go on then......

Had to make frequent stops on the trip down to scrape the ice from the front screen :( Anyway nice to meet up with every body again and the trip over to the bike show and most of the way back was fine. Didn't enjoy the show to much as it was packed. Sorry I missed the fun Stubbs :D And a big hi to the couple Tossers I met at the show from Plymouth, :bow who I only normally see at Princetown. Hope you got home ok :thumb2
