Anyone know of anywhere local that gives he bike a full treatment of ACF50 ?

Got a shinny new toy coming soon and would like a good coating before the shite weather comes in bad :beerjug:

Yeah, your house! Wash it, and then spray ACF 50 everywhere once it's dried.

Cover the brakes (disks & pads) and rubber hand grips in cling film before you start, and remove or simply avoid the seat. Spray it everywhere you can, it won't hurt anything. Don't forget the spoke / rim interface but keep it off the tyres - it's a waste!

Google Allyearbiker - £60 for clean and spray. They have a location finder based on your post code.

Jas the Allyearbiker guys are really good. I was very impressed with service, and they leave your bike mint!!
Had mine done by them 2 years ago. I thing there is one in Bath/Bristol, if you can get a couple of the guys together ( did mine already BTW) he will come to you! Plus if you hoste it yours is half price I think.

My local BMW dealer was doing the 'winterise' for £30. (That's a wash and ACF treatment)

Might be worth calling yours?

I will be doing mine over the weekend, tried all the above methods but it is well thick stuff so i bought a ltr and use an old spraygun and compressor to vapourise and get a good coat in.

Warm up the container of ACF50 and the spray gun first.

I put the ACF50 in the airing cupboard for a few days.

I maybe in with you Jasext...just got to find the 800 under the mountain of Grime first....:D
Not necessarily. They clean the bike first and find it for you. The one round our way charges extra for GSs with spoked wheels because they take so long to do.
