Acrobat DC

I have been using Acrobat DC for eons now.

I use the 'snapshot' facility quite a lot in documents that I handle.

Yesterday 'snapshot' disappeared!

Usually to be found in the Edit drop down menu.

Looked on 3 other computers here, and they still show 'snapshot'.

Why has it disappeared on 1 laptop only?

Mystified.

There was an update recently I believe

We dont use the snapshot bit so cant help other than checking now and I cant find it either !

Maybe do a reinstall

Under the Help tab there is a 'Repair Installation' option.

Maybe try that.

Tried Repair Installation. No result.

However, at a clients today, bumped into a chap using Acrobat all the time as part of his job function.

Told me to
>Right Click on the Tool Bar
>Show Edit Tools
>Select Take Snapshot

Snapshot now in the toolbar. (But still not in the Edit drop down tool tray funnily enough).

Easy when you know how to.
