Acrobat problem ?

I have tried to open the thread about valve adjustment for idiots
and a window appears with ' CANNOT OPEN ACROBAT EXTERNAL WINDOW HANDLER '. Has anyone got any ideas about what I've buggered up on my computer now ?. Cheers Happy New Year
