ActiveX help needed

Having problems with smugmug - can't get the green smeggy.
Did a bit of research and found that my pc does not accept activeX - any advice?

Assuming you are using IE then the easiest thing is probably to add smugmug.com as a "trusted" site but without the "https" bit.

At the risk of sounding obvious......let it accept active x.

Unless it's a work thing and some over zealous IT bod with more power than knowledge has barred it, and as long as you have a reasonable and up to date AV and firewall software, there's no serious risk (normal caveats apply, i'm not responsible should your house get stolen following this advice etc etc )

Even grotty little websites like moto-morocco.com use it, so it's not like it's anything too scary
