Adapting ARD Cases to fit a R1200GSA

I have a pair ARD Cases that I would like to fit to the OEM pannier rails for day to day riding as they are big enough and narrower than the shiny aluminium ones Im saving for best.

So I need the sliding part of the pannier and locking mechanism.

Anyone done something similar ?
