When you stand at the front of the bike and look at the dip light , there are two adjustment screws, one on the lower left and one diagonaly opposite on the upper right, which one is beam height adjustment:confused:

Neither, its the plastic bolt behind the headlight (with the lever on).
The two screws are for left/right adjustment of the main and dip beam.

:beerjug:

Are you sure? I thought the plastic lever was to compensate for pillion etc, not for adjustment:confused:

You're correct - the lever is for instant adjustment to cater for pillion/luggage etc - but the knurled knob in the middle of the lever is used to adjust the beam height.

The plastic screw adjusts BOTH lights together. If you want to adjust only the dip (or only the main beam), the screws you have identified are the ones. Take the silver plastic air-deflector off and all will be revealed about how they work.

Aha, so I am not going off my trolley, well not totally:D my dip only is a bit too high and I just want to lower it, which screw is it, left or right?

Right, I think.

It's late and the garage is dark and full of spiders........

Put it in front of a wall / door, turn the light on and mark the top of the beam with a pencil line, then pratt about with a screw (one at a time) until you find the correct one. :)
