i have my new bike. it is lovely, lovely, lovely.

everything is perfect, but my clocks are ever so slightly off-level. the whole speedo/clock/etc unit is a few degrees rotated anti-clockwise. i can see because the bottom of the computer unit is not level with the bar that goes across the top of the handlebars. its hardly anything, and i know i should just look at the road, but.

i'm sure this is something i can fix myself without a dealer visit, but which screw do i loosen and tighten up again? :) i suppose it can always wait for the 600 which will be early next week at this rate....

did i mention that it is lovely? and awesome.

Have you concidered that it might be the bar on the handlebars that is out of line???? :nenau

Talk to the dealer that supplyed the bike as you seem to have a warrenty issue here.

If your speedo pod is not in the right place, then you need to ask the dealer why this is??

Think of it this way. You have just shelled out £11'000 on your new bike that comes compleat with a full two year manufacturers warrenty.
Now your going to take a screwdriver to it. But your not sure which screw to turn nore by how much.

What are you on???????????? :nenau

My 07 GS is the same

My 07 1200GS is the same, a couple of degrees off zero position clockwise... Just ride and enjoy the hell out of it. Don't sweat the little things.
