Adobe Pro 6.0 documentation

Anyone know where I can download a simple guide to adobe pro 6.0 as I've been asked to give a one day course on it. I have downloaded the software no problem but can't find a straight forward doc to read.

I know its easy to use but if I have to talk about it for six hours a doc would help....

Jim, No I downloaded the 30 day trial version, good enough for me as I'll delete it once I've done the course...

It is just great the info its possible to get off this site
