So, I buy a set of Adv. Spec crashbars for the F800GS on flea bay and on receiving them there is no fitting kit, ie, the spacers, bolts, etc.
Phone call to the person I bought them off and basically said what you see is what you get but did offer a refund.
One quick phone call to Dave at Adv. Spec and yep we have a spare fitting kit and it will be on the way today.
Cool, how much with postage?
Dave says Thats on us we hate to see someone with our product and not able to use it.
I thank Dave very much and all he asks is that i spread the word................
a couple of hours later, email confirming courier shipment, should be here tomorrow
