Ask around at your local stealers and custom / indie places. Most full systems are twin walled so the heat shields get binned. My local indie (All American Motorcycles near Worcester) has stuff like that hanging in a corner and will take the price of a drink for it

scotchbrite and satin black paint - a few quid - job done

...and a left over aerosol of 'touch up'..

Just removed the Jub clips from the header pipe..... its in great nick apart from where the Jub clip sits... and guess what its rusted through.... fuck it and ...bollocks...
