Advice needed for price of R100R

Hi All
I would appreciate a little advice re the sale price of a 1996 R100R
This bike belongs to a friend of mine and it is currently in France
It is in good condition both mechanicaly and Cosmeticaly.
It is not concourse but anyone would be proud to be seen on it .
It has covered aproximatly 50,000 miles .
Stuart has seen adverts in MCN with prices of £5,000 .!!!????
I personally think this is unrealistic and a more reasonable price would be in the £2500
to £3000 .
Any thoughts on this would be gratefully appreciated.

Some seller must be taking controlled substances by some of the prices they ask.

I think your right 2.5 to 3 grand is about right. There will always be chancers putting stuff up for silly money, but very unlikely that they ever reach those figures
