Advice needed re Personalised / Taylored helmet fit

Hi Folks Does any one make a fullface Helmet that can be made to measure/ personalised fit.
My Friends Wife is haveing problems getting a helmet to fit comfortably. ie. after about an hours riding she gets a pain in the head and has to stop remove the helmet for a few minutes, and then we are off again .
As we are touring Switzerland , Austria and Northern Italy later this year stopping frequently can be a bit of a nuisance. We are hoping to get this problem sorted before we go .
Any advice would be appreciated

Cromwell used to do just such a thing. But thinking about it, i haven't seen them advertised for a long while.

Some Shoei dealers (perhaps Arai as well, I don't know) will arrange for a Shoei technical person to meet you at the dealers and make adjustments to a helmet to get it to fit. My sister-in-law did this with a Multitec - she couldn't get a standard one to fit properly (she fell between sizes), but after some fettling by the Shoei person, she ended up with a helmet that she was happy with.
