As the title doesn't say, when are you going?

It's raining today.

Tomorrow or three months time? Could well be different.

It will though be dry in the tunnel, which ever day you chose.

Warm in the tunnel.

The main roads into and out of the tunnel will all be open, for sure.

Many of the higher (non-too-main-road) passes will still be shut, as many do not open until late May / mid-June. This will not be a problem on the route you seem to have chosen.

We went to Milan last Easter (late March) on the Turkey Trot, did not see any snow at all.

Temperature? Warm to coolish - a bit like here. Cold if it's peeing down.

Go to the Mont Blanc webcam for a looksee.

Did the very same trip last year. Had a real mix of weather, blasted down to Gap the first day, really bad cross wind all day then to finish off pissed down for last 2 hours. Awake next day to brilliant sun shine for 2 days of play in Alps. Day 4 fog and rain whilst passing over to Italy. On the other side sun all the way.

Snow was about in the high hills by all road where open, temp ranged from 2c to 31c in Milan. Great trip 3500 ish miles in 14 days starting May2nd 2008. Then back home for a few days then went off to Barcelona and Le Mans but thats another story.
