Can someone please help us with a computer problem Gomez currently has.

Simon is having problems with his netbook. It is sending out advert e mails to everyone in his address book.

He has put an anti spyware on it.

He cleared 165 problems off the computer last night. Then tonight I get a fresh e mail from him, advertising medicines etc, which he has not sent.

Simon has started the system again and within 10 minutes its come up with a further 2 problems.

We are not sure if this 'virus' was in the computer prior to him using Microsoft anti virus protection or not.

this is becoming a more common problem. I get emails like this a couple of times a week... A few helpful suggestions HERE
