Hi All, thought id kick off a debate about airflow and what seems to work best on a 1150 gsa.
ive tried to get tobys to work ,but i couldnt, but other people say say they are fine, with 100mph visor up fun.
how does the standard gs screen work, against the adventure screen?
how about the clip on gadgets that go on the top of the screen?or the screen which seems to bolt on to the top of the original screen, or aftermarket screens, which claim to be the bees knees.
any views??:mmmm

Plenty of threads on it, but I'm happy with my MRA Vario screen which can be bought for not much more than a set of Tobinators.

The reason for turbulence is the amount of air that is being pushed out of the way by the screen which then flows into the low pressure zone behind the screen, but in an uneven manner. The Vario has a vent in it, to bleed air into the gap behind the screen and effectively creates a pressure zone behind the screen and therefore decreases the effect of buffeting. Alternatively, you could experiment with cutting your own NACA vents.

I've had an aeroflow screen on for a while. I tried a few options including tobinators, I find the aeroflow the best so far. I do a fair few touring miles and find it does a good job of keeping the weather off me, it maybe a little suspect in high winds though, but then the TT Zegas probably don't help either.
